LOS ANGELES, CA - A Federal indictment accuses several individuals of taking part in a ring that allegedly committed mail fraud through false newspaper advertisements. The indictment alleges over $18 million in losses. Shaun Khojayan has agreed to defend one of the accused and through extensive trial preparation mount a vigorous defense to the charges.

San Diego, CA -- Khojayan & Associates represented the driver and importer of 421 lbs of Marijuana. With Mr. Khojayan and his staff’s assistance, documentation was presented that cut the defendant’s time to a fraction of what the minimum sentence would otherwise would have been. Judge Barry T. Moskowitz commended the firm for its work including documenting the sympathetic reasons for the defendant’s actions. Judge Moskowitz was convinced of the defendant’s good moral character and sentenced him a fraction of the otherwise minimum sentence. Such a result was in large part due to our Spanish speaking staff that keeps in contact with defendant’s families and treats them with care and understanding.
